Council Chamber, City Hall, Dame Street, Dublin 2.
From here you can access webcasts of our live council meetings or view archived council meetings. Upcoming and recent meetings are displayed on the left hand side of this page. To view an archive of a recent meeting simply click on the title of the meeting you wish to view.
If the webcast you require is older than those displayed in the recent list then please take a look at the Webcast library page which features a complete list of our available archived council meetings. All meetings are available in the archive for a period of 12 months from the meeting date.
A webcast is a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Video cameras at our council meetings capture the live information and send it to a central server, which in turn sends it to anyone that would like to view the meeting. Through the use of your internet connection and web browser you can view the meetings live from the comfort of your own home.
Should you miss a meeting, or would like to view a section of the meeting again, then you can view the archive of the webcast. The archives allow you to view the meeting at your leisure and, through the use of the index points, allow you to jump to a specific agenda point or speaker.
We are currently piloting subtitles on our Council meeting webcasts to improve accessibility. Please note that these subtitles are machine-generated and may not always be fully accurate, especially during the live stream. However, they are refined in the recorded version after the meeting.
Subscribe to be notified by email about upcoming webcasts that matter to you.
